- The item(s) to be exchanged must be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date along with the
original purchase receipt.
- The item(s) returned for exchange must be in the same condition as when the item(s) were purchased.

- Guarantee that the chosen rug is reserved while you pay it off
- Convenience to pay for the rug in installments

- 20% deposit
- Fortnightly payment required
- Cancellation fee applies. In the event of cancellation of the lay-by a cancellation fee of $25.00, or the amount already paid, (whichever is the lower) will be charged to cover administration expenses and storage.
- Maximum lay-by period is three months.
