Payments

  • All prices on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
  • We accept Visa and MasterCard transactions, Payments with American Express are not supported.
  • Other type of payments can be arranged with our customer service.
  • Orders will be dispatched, only when payments have cleared in our Bank account.

Delivery

  • Deliveries outside of Australia are not currently available through this website; please contact our customer service if you wish to arrange an overseas shipment. For deliveries in Australia we use Australia Post: (Regular Parcel Post Sign & Track).
  • Following acceptance of orders, purchases are generally delivered within 10 working days.
  • A signature will be required on delivery. If no one is available to accept and sign for the parcel, it will be left at your nearest Post Office for collection.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return purchases, within 7 days from receipt of your goods.
Refund available

* If the rug is significantly different from the sample or description given to you.
* If the rug has a manufacturing fault

In all other circumstances our policy is 7 days exchange from date of purchase or a 6 month instore credit note will be issued.

  • We only accept returns for exchange or refunds if the products are in unspoilt new condition, unused, unwashed and are accompanied with their original packaging and proof of purchase. All product returns are at the customer's expense unless they are faulty, in which case Rugs Galore will cover the postage costs.
  • To assist in determining whether products are faulty please contact customer service on: (03) 9877 6286 We will notify you by email of your exchange or refund, as soon as your return is received and processed.
  • Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment.

Rugs Galore is not liable for loss of products being returned, we recommend you send the returned goods, using registered mail.
