• Maximum three rugs per trial
• Maximum 24 hour trial
• Drivers licence and credit card details required
• The item(s) taken for trial must be returned in the same condition as when item(s) were taken.

7 day exchange policy (conditions apply)

Conditions of this service

• The item(s) to be exchanged must be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date along with the
  original purchase receipt.
• The item(s) returned for exchange must be in the same condition as when the item(s) were purchased.

3 months lay-by (conditions apply)

• Guarantee that the chosen rug is reserved while you pay it off
• Convenience to pay for the rug in installments
• Great alternative to using credit and paying interest

Conditions of this service

• 20% deposit
• Fortnightly payment required
• Cancellation fee applies. In the event of cancellation of the lay-by a cancellation fee of $25.00, or the amount already paid, (whichever is the lower) will be charged to cover administration expenses and storage.
• Maximum lay-by period is three months.
